How to kill the boss: The boss is the big barnacle looking thing on the island in the lava. You can just play this part or hit 'noclip' and fly to the teleporter at the top of the stairs overlooking the boss creature. Here is the non-nightmare solution anyway: Hit the ~ key and type 'map end' and now you will warp to the end end end boss, Shub-Niggurath's Pit. If you do the following on Nightmare, both achievements will unlock. There is no point in doing this one separately.
